Andy has worked across the U.K and in Europe as an all-round performer for over fifteen years, gaining experience in many aspects of the Performing Arts industry and this is his 7th year of involvement at Stockton Riverside College. He currently teaches music, drama and recording across the levels. He continues to perform music and comedy live, both solo and in groups and releases original music through his own independent record label. His education and experiences have given him a wide variety of practical skills in such areas as marketing and promotion, script-writing, scenic artistry, music composition including commercial production and creative design.

Since becoming involved with the performing arts course Andy has developed and trained in the delivery and support of basic skills needs which has been invaluable in working with students. Andy has also worked as a DJ for over ten years and recently became involved in the delivery of a successful DJ Skills course at the college. Primarily experienced in rock and pop, his involvement at the college has recently led to him develop a full-blown rock opera which is intended for the students to perform on completion...watch this space!
